Lunch and Learn in Caldwell

We'll learn from Troy Lieth, owner of Midwest Meats, on how he's persevered with ingenuity and innovation to run a mobile meat processing operation.

Midwest Meats is located in Abilene which is the north end of the Chisolm Trail connecting the old cattle drives through Caldwell.
