As part of the Kansas State University community visit initiative, K-State 105 will host a food entrepreneurship workshop from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wed., April 30 in Caldwell.
The workshop will include sessions focused on:
- Food entrepreneurship
- Food incubators and commercial kitchens
- Financing options and more
The workshop will also highlight K-State 105 Entrepreneurial Blueprint Initiative projects and include an optional walking tour to learn about economic development happening in downtown Caldwell. This event is a partnership with Network Kansas, K-State Research and Extension and Sumner County Economic Development.
The event will be held at the KanOkla Upstairs Downtown at 7 W. Ave. A. St. in Caldwell.
The event is free and open to all Kansans, but registration is required. A free boxed lunch will be provided to people who register before Fri., April 25.
