As we celebrate the Year of Women in Farming, we are proud to welcome two incredible women to the Border Queen Harvest Hub family!
Please join us in welcoming Chelsea Nickell and Syndi Boyer of Unity Farms in Caldwell!
Eight years ago, Chelsea and Syndi moved to Caldwell in search of land where they could homestead, raise animals, and build something meaningful together. Their dream became reality with Unity Farms (formerly 1/2 Pint Acres), a beautiful farm located just east of the hospital on the north side of the road at 734 W 175th Street in Caldwell.
Unity Farms is home to goats, chickens, emus, and ducks — along with several well-loved cats and dogs. While they have sold some animals recently, they plan to repurchase this spring as they continue growing their farm.
Chelsea and Syndi take great pride in their high-quality goat milk and handcrafted products, including:
- Goat-milk lotions
- Beard balms
- Braid wax (for horses)
- Hair gel
- Goat cheese
Their commitment to hands-on farming and animal care shines through in everything they do.
Beyond production, Unity Farms embraces agritourism. They love welcoming kids and families to the farm to meet the animals and learn how they are cared for. They have shared their animals with the Caldwell school and hosted homeschool families for educational tours — helping connect the next generation to agriculture in a meaningful way.
If you’re interested in scheduling a tour, you can reach them at unityfarmshq@gmail.com.
In addition to farming, the ladies also operate a pet grooming business — another example of their entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to animal care.
We are so excited to have Unity Farms as part of the Border Queen Harvest Hub. Please help us welcome Chelsea and Syndi! #IYWF2026
